Cancellation Policy

At Amanda Hance Makeup Artistry, your wedding date is reserved exclusively for you. Once a booking is confirmed, other clients are turned away for that date. For this reason, the following cancellation policy applies.

 

Booking Fee

 

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your wedding date. Your booking is not confirmed until both the signed agreement and booking fee have been received.

 

The booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances.

 

Client Cancellations

 

If the client cancels the booking, the following terms apply:

 

More than 30 days before the wedding date: No further payment is required, however the booking fee will not be refunded.

 

30 days or less before the wedding date: 50% of the remaining balance will be payable.

 

7 days or less before the wedding date: The full remaining balance will be payable.

 

Reduction in Services

 

If the number of makeup services is reduced after booking, the original quoted minimum may still apply.

 

Changes must be made at least 14 days prior to the wedding date.

 

Bridal Trial Cancellations

 

Bridal trial appointments require at least 48 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Late cancellations may result in the full trial fee being charged.

 

Artist Cancellation

 

In the unlikely event that Amanda Hance Makeup Artistry must cancel due to illness or circumstances beyond control, every effort will be made to arrange a suitable replacement artist. If this is not possible, all payments made will be fully refunded.
